I am Mark Frankel, the Sole Director of this innovative and unique Property Investment Company.

My sister company is a very long - established Estate Agents, which gives me the insight and knowledge to buy properties, often off-market as well as access to a range of contacts throughout the industry, including those experienced in building and refurbishing properties. 

MTG’s aim is to use investors' money to develop , buy, sell and trade property.

With our knowledge and expertise, the individual investor will make a very high return on the individual funds used by us, at a very low risk to the investor. The expression I like to use is “ Always your money, but used by us”

We individually source property and advise where we wish to place your funds, giving  you choices on how this will all work, the returns anticipated over the what time scale involved.

You will become a property developer and investor. We encourage you to be as involved as you wish, from no input whatsoever to even being part of our team, whether it be using  your own individual skills or merely on a verbal discussion basis or even advice.

The one thing I do know is  that my unique set of skills and experience in the property industry I am using to make my investors and create a very lucrative business for all involved.
